Daily Routine

Morning: Quietly pick a Mystery Monitor and write their name on the board. Laminate one of the Mystery Monitor sheets. Tape or use Velcro to adhere to the board. Write down the monitor’s name behind the sheet.

During the Day: Encourage all students with reminders like “The Mystery Monitor is watching for helpful hands today!”

Closing Circle/End of Day: Reveal the monitor. Flip of the sheet and reveal the name! Let them share the positive actions they saw (they shouldn’t name negative things).

Give them a small recognition (sticker, a round of applause, or a “You Spotted Great Choices!” card).
