I have been working with kids and teaching students since 2002. I have been a licensed elementary school educator since 2010. Along the way, over my 10 years as an educator, I acquired an ESOL (English to Speakers of Other Languages) endorsement, a Gifted and Talented endorsement and an Early Childhood Education endorsement as well. I love being a teacher. I love learning, I love helping students fall in love with learning. In the schools I have worked in, I am known for my creativity, being tech-savvy, and having incredible classroom management. I pride myself on the way I build relationships with kids and their parents/guardians, being culturally responsive, having high expectations for all of my students, and being a learner always. I don’t ever teach the same thing the exact same way the following year. I always strive to improve my practice.
